We would like to inform residents about the upcoming road and pavement work to install the final road surfacing wearing course at the Curtis Fields development. This will impact both Curtis Way and Orchard Way, and while we will do our best to minimize disruption, some minor inconveniences may occur.
During the initial phase, our team will be adjusting manhole and gully covers to their correct height. This involves breaking out and adjusting the concrete ramping around existing ironwork and access hole covers. You will notice “Ramp,” “Slow,” and “Raised Ironworks” signs placed around the development.
We kindly ask all road users and pedestrians to be cautious of potential trip hazards and to follow all posted signage for safety.
While we cannot provide exact timings for each section of the work, a representative from Keystone Civil Engineering, our main contractor, will be on-site to help minimize disturbances. Please pay close attention to any signage and directions from on-site operatives, as these are in place for your safety.
We appreciate your patience and support as we complete this essential work. Once finished, the development will be significantly more user-friendly and aesthetically enhanced for all residents.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your cooperation!
